Gayle Anderson reports the California Landscape Contractors Association multiple award-winning Garden View Landscape, Nursery, and Pools in Irwindale is teaching what is called Firescaping classes. The nursery is getting calls from property owners as their lots get cleared wondering what they should consider planting, as they rebuild, to make their rebuilt homes and businesses more fire resistant .
With the release of the new Southern California fire danger zone maps, the nursery is getting calls and questions from homeowners, not effected by the wildfires but locations listed on the new fire maps, wondering what they should now to make their locations more fire resistant!
